5:00pm-Dry cleaning, bank, get gas
6:00pm-Dinner, pack lunches, dishes
8:00pm-Bedtime kisses, work emails, laundry

It happens to everyone, mothers, fathers, teachers, and adults in general; we consistently forget the one thing on our list that required the most time. As with other projects,
The funny thing about being cautious about food allergies or aversions is that we unknowingly also become more healthy in the way we feed our kids and family. Granted there are plenty of allergies to fruits and vegetables, however usually a fruit salad or veggie platter caters to all needs and is a nourishing snack!
